Our ELASTIC grinding tools were adapted for diverse applications and are used in the deburring, effect grinding, fine grinding and polishing of precision components.
Features
Adaptable (elastic):
The foamed bond system enables so-called "soft" grinding or pre-polishing. Can be adapted to workpiece contours.
Wet and dry grinding:
Thanks to the bond system, elastic grinding tools are suitable for both wet and dry grinding.
Large range of grit sizes:
These grinding systems are available from grit size 24 (effect grinding) to 1200 (polishing)
Bond versions:
Various elastic bonds ranging from soft to hard are available, i.e. peripheral speeds from 16 m/s to max. 40 m/s are possible
