Either both faces are machined simultaneously (double side face grinding), or just one face is machined using single wheels, segments, rings or cups. The components are often manufactured in mass production, which means that there are high requirements with respect to process stability.

Constant grinding properties even over a long period of use:
The bond used features high resistance to coolant. Any influence of the grinding emulsion is reliably prevented even over a long period of use.

Cool grinding (no burning):
Thanks to the high bond strength of the bond, it is possible to reduce the necessary bond content and therefore the friction in the grinding process.
